Course and Certificate Information

ICVTE may retain course enrollment, progress, completion, and certificate records to provide services and maintain educational and verification records.

Terms & Conditions

By registering, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or using the ICVTE Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or used by another person.

2. Courses

ICVTE provides online courses through its web and mobile applications. Courses may be created by authorized ICVTE administrators and content creators and may contain videos, documents, assessments, quizzes, assignments, and other educational materials.

3. Free and Paid Courses

Free courses may be accessed after registration and enrollment. Paid courses require successful payment before access is provided. Course prices and applicable charges will be displayed before payment. Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

4. Course Access

After successful enrollment, students can access their courses through the ICVTE Student Web or Mobile App, subject to applicable course and account conditions. Course access is personal and must not be shared.

5. Course Completion & Certificate

Students must satisfy the applicable course completion requirements. Where a course provides a certificate, eligible students may receive a course completion certificate after meeting the required criteria. A certificate confirms completion of the applicable ICVTE course and does not automatically represent a professional license, academic degree, employment guarantee, or government accreditation unless specifically stated.

6. Student Doubts & Support

Students may raise course-related doubts or support requests through the Platform. Tickets may be assigned to the relevant staff member or ICVTE administrator for resolution. Students are expected to provide accurate information and communicate respectfully.

7. Course Content & Intellectual Property

ICVTE and its authorized content creators retain applicable rights over course materials, videos, documents, images, software, logos, and other Platform content. Students may use course content for personal educational purposes only and must not copy, sell, redistribute, record, publish, or commercially use course materials without authorization.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not access another person’s account, share credentials, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, misuse or redistribute course materials, manipulate course completion or certificates, harass or abuse users or staff, or use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

9. Account Suspension

ICVTE may suspend or restrict an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, misuse of content, security concerns, or other applicable reasons.

10. Platform Availability

ICVTE aims to provide continuous access but may temporarily restrict access due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security incidents, network problems, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

All course payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment for a paid course has been successfully completed, the amount will not be refunded or cancelled. Students are advised to review the course details, pricing, and other applicable information before completing the payment.

12. Changes to Terms

ICVTE may modify these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Applicable disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts specified by ICVTE.
